This is with reference to the internal documents of the European external action service (EAD) writes the German newspaper Welt am Sonntag, informs mediaUA with reference to DW.
According to the newspaper, from the European blacklist excluded nine Ukrainians from the environment of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych. The decision was made in the absence of evidence to the fault of the individual defendants in the black list.
In total, the list of sanctions of the European Union currently has 170 employees and 44 organizations, which caused damage to the territorial integrity of Ukraine and became the reason of conflict in the country.

It is reported that, according to European laws, individuals and organizations can apply to the court and to appeal the imposition of sanctions against them. However, not all such claims are satisfied. For example, sanctions against Russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselyov remained in force, the newspaper notes.
