"December 29, 2018 according to information from the Unified register of pre-trial investigation, the Prosecutor for the criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 4 of article 190 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, which reported suspected individual (Mykola Guta, EDS.), closed under paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 284 of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine", – reported in the National anti-corruption Bureau.
