Assets of investment and pension funds managed by the investment group ICU in Ukraine to 2018 is up 14% – up to UAH 3.5 bn.

"With the acquisition of companies "Troika Dialog Ukraine" and "UkrSib capital Management", we completed the consolidation of business assets management in Ukraine. The activities in the field of private pension provision, we have allocated a separate division on the basis of the "Troika Dialog Ukraine", which last year was renamed Upinvest," said managing partner, ICU, Makar Pasenyuk.
According to co-owner of investment company, last year launched a new ICU funds specializing in distressed assets and venture business, with the main group on the local market is still the public funds.
In particular, the bond Fund under the control of ICU, according to the group, is the largest in its segment in the market with assets of 193.1 million UAH and profitability over the past year 15,22%.
Pension assets under management have increased by 15% to 467 million UAH, and the number of participants NPF exceeded 117 thousand.
In particular, NPF "Ukreximbank" showed the highest profitability among the largest (with assets over UAH 10 million) of the Ukrainian NPF all types (open, corporate, professional). The yield of the Fund was 13.87 percent, assets increased by 18% to 238 million.
According to the company, the three leaders in profitability among the largest open-end funds entered NPF "Dynasty" – in the first place with a yield of 11.95% and assets of 65 million UAH, and NPF "Emerit-Ukraine" is in third place with a yield of 11.24% and assets of 162 million UAH.

As reported, at the beginning of 2018 group ICU evaluated the amount of assets under management to more than $500 million.
According to the company, the total assets of investment and pension funds under the management of ICU in Ukraine to 2017 have increased by 2.6 times – up to more than 3 billion UAH.
The ICU group was established in June 2006. Provides services in securities trading, investment banking services and manages assets of collective investment institutions.
Previously co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors Valeria Gontareva was that on the proposal of the President of Petro Poroshenko in the Parliament in June 2014 has approved for the position of head of the National Bank of Ukraine.
After that Gontareva has sold its stake in the ICU. The main partners of the group remained Pasenyuk and Stetsenko with a share of 41.7%, and Alexander Valchyshen, and Volodymyr demchyshyn, head of the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine, which belongs, respectively, of 6.58% and 9,99%.
