"Russia has made an act of aggression against Ukraine. Now there's aggression in Ukraine and the war with the Russians in international waters. This act of aggression, and that's exactly what he qualifies according to all principles of international law, resulted in the injury of our soldiers," stated Klimkin.

He stressed that Ukraine is holding talks with international partners: "We are in contact with all our friends and partners, inform them about what happened. Now it is very important not just to coordinate with our friends and to create a clear position that we will do together."
Towards this, in particular, the foreign Minister held talks with representatives of NATO and the EU. "In the near future the President will communicate with representatives of international organizations to build strong coalition to counter the acts of aggression of the Russian Federation", - said the Minister.
