It is reported mediaUA with reference to the Government portal, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman recommendation of the Council of national security and defense to introduce in Ukraine martial law for a period of 60 days because of the situation in the Azov sea.

No one gave the right not to respect the law, infringe on the territorial integrity of the state".

The Prime Minister also assured that all concerns of economic stability will be made.

"All aspects of the national economy, growth will provide further. We will maintain peace and order. And provide resources to protect the country, " - said Groisman.

At the same time at the FSB, said that three Ukrainian warships in the sea of Azov "illegally entered the territorial waters of the Russian Federation and headed to the Kerch Strait".

The Ukrainian Navy has published legal commentary, pointing out that in accordance with articles 17, 38 of the UN Convention on the law of the sea and article 2 of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on cooperation in using the Azov sea and the Kerch Strait, military ships of Ukraine enjoy freedom of navigation in the Kerch Strait and sea of Azov, and this means that they can make a passage across the Kerch Strait at any time, subject to safety of navigation.

At the meeting of the Council decided to recommend to introduce in Ukraine martial law for a period of two months. It must support the MPs. An extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada appointed on 26 November at 16:00.
