"It is established that the 40-year-old and 33-year-old ex-police officers attacked a man and seized his mobile phone and cash in the amount of 3500 hryvnia. In the future, the attackers pushed the victim into a car and taken to the highway Kiev – Odessa. Subsequently, ex-police officers began to call the mother of the victim and require them to pay cash in the amount of $10 thousand", - told the press service.
It is noted that on 3 January the staff of Belotserkovsky of Interdistrict Department of the security Service of Ukraine and the local Prosecutor's office raided the residence addresses of the alleged attackers.
"During the investigation discovered and seized an unregistered device that looks like a pistol PM, and items like ammunition, mobile phones, SIM cards, mobile phones, a device for shooting rubber bullets, knives and other items that have evidential value in criminal proceedings", - stated in the message.
Open criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 187 (the robbery made on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) and part 2 of article 146 (kidnapping committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
