Investigation of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine does not depend on the involvement of senior officials to political forces and branches of government.
Sytnik denies selectivity in the work of the National anti-corruption Bureau: "All political forces have suffered from our work,"reports mediaUA citing UKRINFORM, this was stated by the Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (National anti-corruption Bureau) Sytnyk at the hearing on the exchange of best practices between the Ukrainian and the Romanian anti-corruption body on Tuesday in the European Parliament.
"I strongly agree that we supposedly do not all investigate. What we identify, we investigate and we send to court. For example, about a week ago was arrested by Deputy Minister of defense. I want to say that ravnoudalennostj from all branches of government and the lack of selectivity in investigations does not give our opponents the opportunity to accuse us of some double standards. Virtually all political forces, so to speak, has suffered from our work", - said the Director of the National anti-corruption Bureau.
He noted that investigations by the National anti-corruption Bureau is very often used to implement high-profile political statements.
"It is very dangerous to allow ourselves to be drawn into such discussions," - said the Director of the National anti-corruption Bureau.
